As a print-on-demand title it carries no edition statement and no number line, and POD copies are struck on demand, so individual 'printings' cannot be distinguished bibliographically — identification rests on the object itself: the CreateSpace imprint/ISBN and the original self-published cover, versus the later Atria paperback (different ISBN and cover, 'Atria' on the copyright page)
