Book donation works differently depending on where in the metro you are — drive times, pickup routing, and the nearest drop-off all change between Corrales and the East Mountains. Every neighborhood page below covers the practical version for that area: what pickup looks like there, when the 24/7 drop box at 5445 Edith Blvd NE is the faster choice, and what tends to come out of that area’s home libraries.

Core Albuquerque
- Downtown — about 10 minutes up 4th Street
- Old Town — about 15 minutes; Barelas, Wells Park and Sawmill too
- Nob Hill & UNM — about 15 minutes via University and Montaño
- Northeast Heights — about 15 minutes via Montgomery/Montaño, 25 from the foothills
- North Valley & Los Ranchos — home base, about 5 minutes
- South Valley — about 15–20 minutes via 2nd Street or Isleta
- Southeast — about 20–25 minutes via I-25; International District, Four Hills, Mesa del Sol
- Westside — about 20 minutes via Montaño or Paseo del Norte
